DROP OFF AND PICK UP GUIDELINES
(Because safety and security are a priority!)
All Athletes (kids) should come INSIDE at main west entrance for computer check-in each day. Check-in begins at 8:10 each morning. Worship Rally will begin at 8:25 AM. At check-in each child will receive a name-tag to match a security badge (which is required for pick up). While keeping each child safe and making sure of the proper hand-off, we will work with each family on a system that makes drop off and pick up quick and efficient. If you have any special needs/circumstances or have multiple people who will drop off and pick up, please make sure to communicate those on the registration form and/or talk with the Children’s Ministry Staff office and we will do all we can to help.
PICK UP: (ONLY by an individual at least 16 yrs of age)
All Athletes (kids) must be picked up at their Bible Study at the end of each morning (map on opposite side; don’t forget these are Completed Grades). A matching security badge must be shown for pick up. If for any reason the person picking up does not have the matching security badge, they will need to go to the Guest Services (located in the Lobby) and have proper ID to gain a matching badge for pick up.
